I am looking to sublet my 2-room furnished apartment (45m2) in a new building on 2nd floor for short term from 01.12.2021 to 15.01.2022. Dates are slightly negotiable. Apartment is available for €1800 for 1.5 months or in other words €1200 per month. There will be a security deposit of €1000 which will be returned back to you afterwards. Note that anmeldung is not possible on this sublet.

Apartment is situated in quiet yet central location near Mollstrasse, Freidrichshain. It is just a few minutes walk away from Volkspark Friedrichshain (500m) & Alexanderplatz (800m). There are quite a few grocery stores near by in form of Edeka (100m), Netto (350m) & ALDI (400m).
It also enjoys perfect transport connections with tram lines M4, M5, M6 and M8 as well as the bus lines 142 and 200.142 and 200. From Alexanderplatz, five urban rail lines, three underground lines, additional tram and bus lines as well as the regional service of Deutsche Bahn provide the ideal basis for accessing literally every corner of Berlin.

Kitchen is equipped with induction stove, kitchen exhaust, dish washer, oven, toaster, mid-size fridge & air-fryer. Living room has a 55 inch smart TV paired with a PS4. 8kg capacity washing machine is installed in the bathroom. You are free to use all of this responsibly.
