Für die Dauer unseres Elternzeiturlaubs (8 Wochen) vermieten wir unsere schöne Altbauwohnung mitten in Friedrichshain.
Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig und verfügt über drei große Zimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche und einen kleinen Balkon. Ein Zimmer kann je nach Bedarf entweder als Arbeitszimmer oder als Kinderzimmer genutzt werden. Für beide Fälle könnten wir nach Absprache die entsprechende Ausstattung stellen (Monitor bzw. Kinder- oder Babybettchen). Somit können sich hier sowohl Paare als auch Familien wohlfühlen. WGs sind seitens des Vermieters leider nicht gestattet.
Fahrräder können sicher in einem Fahrradzwinger verstaut werden. Es gibt auch einen Stellplatz für einen Kinderwagen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet: Technische Geräte, Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. sind vorhanden und in der Miete inbegriffen. Im Preis enthalten sind außerdem W-LAN, Strom, Warmwasser und alle weiteren Nebenkosten.

For the duration of our parental leave (8 weeks) we rent our beautiful, spacious apartment in the middle of Berlin-Friedrichshain.
The apartment is bright and spacious and consists of three large rooms - living room, study / crib , bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a small balcony. Depending on your needs one room can be used either as a study or as a crib/children's room. For either case we are happy to provide the appropriate equipment (remote office equipment or crib/baby bed). Thus, the flat is suitable for both couples and families. Unfortunately, the landlord does not allow shared flats.
Bicycles can be safely stored in a bicycle kennel. There is also a parking space for a stroller.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped: technical equipment, kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen, etc. are available and included in the rent. The price also includes wifi, electricity, hot water and all other utilities.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mitten im angesagten Simon-Dach-Kiez. Dieser zeichnet sich durch kleine Boutiquen, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Galerien, aber auch viele Angebote für Familien und Kinder aus. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es angenehm ruhig, das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hof raus.
Der beliebte Boxhagener Platz mit regelmäßigem Wochen- und Flohmarkt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und nach Kreuzberg ist es nur einen Katzensprung über die Spree. Zahlreiche ÖPVN-Linien erreicht man in < 7 Minuten Laufweg, u.a. die Stadtbahnen (S5, S7, S75, S9), die M13, M12, M10 oder die U1, U3 und U5. Zum Flughafen BER dauert es Tür-zu-Tür ca. 30 min, zum Hauptbahnhof ca. 20 min.
Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umkreis von 5-10 min Laufweg, u.a. Rewe, Lidl oder Aldi sowie die East-Side-Mall.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the middle of the trendy Simon-Dach "Kiez". The area offers small boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and galleries, but also infrastructure for families and children. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet. The courtyard-faced bedroom guarantees quiet nights.
Many popular spots, such as Boxhagener Platz with its regular farmer's and flea markets, the RAW area or East Side Gallery as well as Kreuzberg are within walking distance. Accessibility via public transport is great, numerous lines can be reached in walking distance, including overground (lines S5, S7, S75, S9), metro trams (M10, M12, M13) and underground (U1, U3, U5). It takes about 30 min door-to-door to BER airport and about 20 min to Berlin main station (Hauptbahnhof).
Shopping facilities such as grocery stores, supermarkets, 24h shops and drug stores can reached within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The East-Side Mall (10 mins walking distance) houses many big brand retailers.
Die Untervermietung ist mit unserem Vermieter abgesprochen, dieser möchte einen Untermietvertrag abschließen und benötigt dafür die üblichen Bewerbungsunterlagen (Schufa (request now) , Einkommensnachweise, Ausweis). Für die Dauer eures Aufenthalts könnt ihr daher hier euren Wohnsitz anmelden.
Wir würden euch vor der Vermietung gerne kennenlernen, entweder per Skype oder bei einem kurzen persönlichen Treffen.
