Central two-room apartment near Boxhagener Platz. Way to Tram 4 min, U/S-Bahn 10 minutes. 2 rooms, one to the street with lots of light, the other to the quiet backyard. Bathroom with tub and fully equipped kitchen. Bed is 1,6m and there is a sofa.

I will just rent out to women, pls send me a little intro of yourself.

- Mietschuldenfreiheit
- Short CV
