Zeitraum: 10.01.24 bis 10.07.24 - 6 Monate (Die Daten sind etwas flexibel und eine Verlängerung um weitere 6 Monate ist durchaus möglich, was ich im April bestätigen werde).
Ort: Karl Kunger straße. 1 Minute Fußweg von der Bushaltestelle Lohmühlenstraße, 5 Minuten Fußweg zu Edeka & Netto. 4 Minuten Fußweg zum Länderdreieck. Eine sehr ruhige Lage, und dennoch sind die belebten Orte nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Miete: 845 Euro (alles inklusive, d.h. Strom, Heizung, Radio und Internet). 2 Monate Kündigungsfrist.
Ideal für eine Person. Vorzugsweise für berufstätige Personen und Nichtraucher. Es wäre toll, wenn Sie auch meine Pflanzen gießen könnten, sie sind pflegeleicht.
Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.

I am traveling for work for 6 months and would like to sublet my apartment.
Period: 10.01.24 to 10.07.24 - 6 Months (Dates are slightly flexible and an extension of another 6 months is quite possible, which I will confirm in April).
Location: Karl Kunger straße. 1 minute walk from Lohmühlenstraße bus stop, 5 minute walk to Edeka & Netto. 4 minute walk to Länderdreieck. A very calm location, yet happening places are only 5 minutes away.
Rent: 845 Euro (Including everything. I.e. electricity, heating, radio and internet). 2 months notice period.
Ideally for one person. Preferably for working individuals and non-smokers. Would be great if you can water my plants too, they are low maintenance.
Registration is possible.

Selbstverständlich werden in den nächsten Tagen die Schränke ausgeräumt und das Gym im Schlafzimmer abgeholt.
