Hallo, ich vermiete meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung im Herzen von Kreuzberg vom 8.1.2024 bis 2.4.2024. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus, in der Graefestraße, im 4. Stock und ist deswegen sehr hell und ruhig. Die Lage ist direkt am Kanal, nahe der Kottbusser Brücke, mit super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (6 min. Fußweg zur U1 Kottbusser Tor und 3 min. zur U8 Schönleinstraße). Der Kanal lädt zum Spazieren ein, zweimal die Woche gibt es einen Wochenmarkt und im Kiez finden sich unzählige Restaurants und Bars (Eine Liste stelle ich auf Wunsch gerne zur Verfügung).

Zahlungsmodalitäten: Die Kaution und die erste Miete, insgesamt 1.930€ sind bei Schlüsselübergabe zu zahlen

Hello, I’m renting out my cozy 2-room apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg from the 8th of January 2024 until 2nd of April 2024. The apartment is located in the back building, in Graefestraße, in the 4th floor so it’s very bright and calm. The building is very close to the canal, near „Kottbusser Brücke“, with ideal connection to public transport (6 mins walk to U1 Kottbusser Tor and 3 mins walk to U8 Schönleinstraße). There is a food market close by two times a week and many bars and restaurants in the area (I can provide you with a list of the best places ;-)

Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee grinder (see pictures)
Bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine (see pictures)
Very silent bedroom with a 1,6m x 2m latex-mattress and a special neck pillow for best sleeping comfort (see pictures)

Costs & payment:
Rent for the whole period from 8th of January until 2nd of April (3 Months) = 2.790€
Deposit = 1.000€
Terms of payment: The deposit and half of the rent, in total 1.930€, has to be payed with the handover oft he keys
