Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr schön geschnitten, verfügt über Holzparkett, ein frisch renoviertes Bad inklusive Badewanne und einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Marheineke-Markthalle. Sie ist ruhig aber sehr zentral gelegen, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Gneisenaustraße und 2 Minuten zur Bergmannstraße.
Die Wohnung ist nur teilmöbliert.
Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro im Monat inklusive Nebenkosten für eine Person, 550 für ein Paar. Die Kaution beträgt 600 Euro. Bitte nur Nichtraucher!

from the 1st of October 2011 to the 1st of January 2012 I’m subletting my very nice flat with 2 rooms, a recently renovated bathroom, parquet floor and a balcony. The flat is very centrally located in the neighbourhood of Kreuzberg.
The flat is only partly furnished.
The rent will be 500 euros for one person, 550 for a couple including all costs. The deposit is 600 euros. Non-smokers only!
