Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Sie ist zwar WG-tauglich (vor uns hat hier eine WG gewohnt), eines der Zimmer ist jedoch mit 15qm wesentlich kleiner als das andere mit 25qm.
Das kleine Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof und ist ziemlich ruhig. Das andere größere Zimmer hat Fenster nach vorne zur Reichenberger Str. raus. Es ist immer schön hell wenn die Sonne scheint.
WLAN ist mit dabei.
Meldet euch, wenn ihr eine Frage habt, oder vorbei kommen wollt um euch die Wohnung anzugucken.
The appartment ist on the 4th floor. One room is 15sqm the other one 25sqm big and quite sunny. WLAN is included. Write me if you have any question or want to have a look at it.

Unsere Altbau-Wohnung liegt zwischen Görlitzer Park und Landwehrkanal in der Reichenberger Str. Der Bus M29 fährt direkt hier vorbei und zur U1 (Görlitzer Bahnhof) ist man in 7min gelaufen.
Between Görlitzer Park and Landwehrkanal. The bus M29 passes directly by the house. Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1) is in walking distance (7min). The turkish market is close by and in a few minutes walking you are surrounded by bars and restaurants.
Schön wäre es, wenn sich jemand fände, der sich auch um unsere Pflanzen kümmert, damit sie über den Winter kommen.
We would appreciate someone who takes care of our plants and helps them survive the winter.
