Due to our recent moving to a different district in Berlin, we're looking for a new tenant for our flat in Kreuzberg. The flat is partially furnished (complete kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher).
We also have some furnitures that we don't need anymore (a bed, two wardrobes, a sofa, and a table with 4 chairs (all from IKEA, bougth less than six months ago), and if the new tenant is interested we can have an agreement for a very good price (about 400 euro).
The flat is located near the U1 Prinzenstr. stop, about 5 minutes by foot. It's in front of the Landwehrkanal, in a lovely area. In about 5 minutes walk you can also reach the beautiful Graefekiez, with a lot of bars and restaurants, to enjoy yhe young Berlin life.
The park alongside the Landwehrkanal is the perfect place for a barbecue, walking or running. There are also two swimming pools, the Kreuzberg Sommerbad and the Baerwald Bad, in a few minutes walk from the flat.
The area is very quiet and relaxed, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.
Utility costs include water and ancillary costs. DOES NOT include electricity and heating.
The landlord needs the following papers:
- A copy of the ID
- Proof of income (last 3 months)
- Rent arrears freedom
- Schufa (request now)
After the visit we can recommend people to the landlord but the final decision is up to him, based on the provided papers
