Spacious and light 4 room apartment on the third floor. The apartment have one big living room in connection to the kitchen, four bedroom, two bathrooms and hallway. The floor plan is perfect for a shared apartment since all the bedrooms are separated from the living room and very sound proof giving everyone the opportunity of privacy and silence at the same time as you can have dinner, drinks or just watch a movie in the spacious living room. All bedrooms are located in the corridor with view over the courtyard through big windows facing south east. Three of the bedrooms are on 10-12 kvm and works well for one person, while the last bedroom is approx. 20 kvm and can easily be shared by two people since there is also a loft which can be used either as bed space or storage. One bathroom has shower while the other one has a tub. The kitchen is big in spacious with a lot of storage possibilities and working areas, and in connection with the big and bright living room. The entire flat is recently painted white and with 3 meters high ceiling. Some of the rooms have parquet while the rest of the space have concrete floors.

The apartment is located just in the beginning of Friedrichstraße on the border line between Kreuzberg and Mitte. Friedrichstraße is one of the city’s most centrally located streets with a lot of things happening with the Jewish museum and Check Point Charlie just around the corner and walking distance to many of the cities historical landmarks, at the same time in the end the street is very calm and relaxing with a green little park just across the road and the supermarket Kaisers 2 minutes from the flat. On the other hand you can also just walk 5 minutes in the other direction and you are in Kreuzberg with numerous options of cafés, bars, restaurants and clubs. The flat is located just 5 minutes walking distance to the subway lines U1 and U6. U6 takes you to the main station Friedrichstraße as well as Wedding and Tempelhof while U1 takes you all the way through Kreuzberg to Friedrichhain and on the other side to Kufürstendamm and Uhlandstraße.

Eine der attraktivsten und meist besuchten Gegend dort mit viel kulturellem Einfluss, das Jüdische Museum oder Check Point Charly sind in der nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der nähe befinden sich viele historische orte. Am anderen ende der Friedrichstrasse finden Sie einen Park der zum relaxen Einlädt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sie 2 Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung.Auf der anderen Seite finden sie 5 Minuten Fußmarsch weg Berlin- Kreuzberg mit seiner viele zahl an Cafés, Bars, Klubs und Restaurants die einladen zum kommen. Die U1 und U6 sind 5 Minuten entfernt. Die U6 bringt sie zum Hauptbahnhof Friedrichstrasse so wie nach Wedding und Tempelhof. Die U1 bringst sie durch ganz Kreuzberg nach Friedrichhain und in die andere Richtung zum Kurfuerstendamm und Uhlandstrasse.
This is a first hand contract signed directly with the land lord on minimum 1 year with start the 1st of September. The contract has to be on minimum three persons, who all have to live in the flat. Every person on the contract have to have a valid Schufa (request now) , pay slips from the last 6 months, work contract, recommendation letter from last land lord and a passport copy. Unfortunately no students can apply for this apartment! There is also some things in the flat that we have built ourselves and that you have to accept stays in the flat. The includes the wood loft in the big bedroom as well as a bunk bed in one of the other bedrooms, window blinds in the living room and parquet floors.
