The small bathroom is equipped with a bath (new) and its own small washing machine free to use. It has a window and is lighten up with daylight.
The kitchen has everything you need:

1x stove (4 plates ceramic hobs) and oven
1x Dishwasher
1x pots set (new, unused)

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Marheinekeplatz im wunderschönen Bergmannkiez und ist zum Innenhof nach hinten ausgerichtet, wodurch es grundlegend sehr angenehm ruhig ist.
Der Bergmannkiez selbst ist ein bunter und lebendiger Ort der gerade im Sommer viel Freude beim Entdecken und Verweilen macht. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich der Marheinekeplatz mit der Marheineke Markthalle die mit ihren Marktständen zum Probieren einlädt.
Hinter der Markthalle beginnt schon die Bergmannstrasse die gerade in den warmen Sommermonaten von bunt und lebendig wird durch ihr Cafés, kleinen Lädchen, Supermärkte und Restaurants.
In 3 Minuten Entfernung befindet sich ein Alnatura Biosupermarkt.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Viktoriapark mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Stadt, einem Wasserfall und Wiesen zum lesen und entspannen.
Ein Drogeriemarkt oder Apotheke ist ebenfalls in 4 Minuten zu erreichen, der Fussweg zur nahe gelegenen U Bahn (U7) Gneisenaustrasse beträgt ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten. Innerhalb von 15 min befindet man sich schon in Mitte.

The apartment is located on the beautiful Marheinekeplatz Bergmannkiez and is oriented to the courtyard to the rear, which makes it fundamentally very quiet.
The Bergmannkiez itself is a colorful and lively place makes a lot of pleasure in discovering and linger, especially in summer. Outside the door is the Marheinekeplatz the Marheineke Market Hall which invites with its market stalls to try.
Behind the Market Hall begins the Bergmannstrasse is just in the warm summer months of colorful and lively by their cafes, small shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
In 3 minutes away is a Alnatura organic/bio supermarket.
In the immediate vicinity is the Victoria Park with a great view of the city, a waterfall and meadows to read and relax.
A drugstore or pharmacy can also be reached in 4 minutes, the footpath to the nearby subway (U7) Gneisenaustrasse is also only 5 minutes. It needs only 15min to bring you directly in to the center of Berlin/Mitte.

Bei Interesse schreibt mir einfach eine Nachricht mit ein paar Angaben, was ihr in Berlin macht und hinterlasst mir eure Kontaktdaten mit Telefon-Nummer, sodass ich zurück rufen kann.
Mein Vermieter möchte den Zwischenmieter gerne kennen lernen. Für die Zeit der Vermietung wird es einen Untervermietungsvertrag geben.
