Our apartment is on the third floor of a typical Berlin style building.
It’s bright has 4 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom and is located in the heart of Kreuzberg. Close to shops, bars, the famous Canal and To the U-Bahn to get you anywhere in just a few stops.
Living room and dining room face south and are connected with a sliding door.
Kids room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are all face the backyard.
The backyard has a little seating area.
We are only renting while we are away on holidays. Which is August 4th to 25th.
Close to public transport (U1, U3, U8 and M29), bars and restaurants, playgrounds, a park and plenty of options to explore your time in the city.
Supermarkts and the Landwehrkanal are also just a short stroll away.
Vor der Tür fährt der M29 Bus und innerhalb von 8-10 Minuten kann man zu den U-Bahnlinien U1, U3 und U8 sowie weiteren Bussen laufen.
Cafes, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Einzelhändler und der beste Eisladen der Stadt sind direkt ums Eck. Grünflachen, Spielplätze und der Landwehrkanal sind innerhalb von 3 Min erreichbar.

This is our family home and we are renting while on holidays, as we know how insane hotel costs can be for families.
Thai we’re looking to rent to someone considerate who is looking to explore Berlin, but definitely no party, or drugs, no smoking inside and also no animals please.

Wir suchen definitiv keine Party-Menschen. Dafür ist das Haus zu hellhörig und unsere Nachbar*innen und Mobiliar zu empfindlich.
Da wir gerade erst renoviert haben, suchen wir jemanden, der gut auf die Wohnung aufpasst.
Für Haustiere ist unsere Wohnung nicht geeignet.
