In central Kreuzberg very near Prinzenstrasse station, 5 min. walking distance to vibrant Kottbusser Tor and Maybachufer, with lots of bars and restaurants. 2 min. from the city canal where you can enjoy a relaxing walk or excellent brunch and lunch at the Van Loon boat restaurant. Easy train connection to touristic sights (10 min.). The apartment is decorated with lots of art and personal touch. There’s a master bedroom with king size bed and a second (on demand) bed in the living room.
The place feels very cosy and is tastefully furnished. It has a big desk/working space, so it’s perfect if you plan to work from home. One master bedroom and a living room, that can turn into an extra bedroom on demand. Kitchen and bathroom are small but offer everything you need. There’s a small terrace that you might want to use to enjoy the sun or smoke (if you are a smoker). Please note that the apartment is located in front of a railway, so you will hear the train when windows are open. With closed windows though it won’t bother you.
The place is one minute walk to Prinzenstrasse U-bahn. Other stations nearby are Moritzplatz or Sudstern (15 minx walk) and several bus options also available. This is undoubtedly my favorite area in Berlin. Full of green and with lots of options to choose from with regards to gastronomy or entertainment.
