Hi, ich bin Toni und wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne, große 4 Zimmer-Wohnung (107qm/1150 SqFt) für 3 Wochen vom 27. Juli bis zum 17. August 2024. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 160x200 cm Doppelbett, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem 160x200 cm Doppelbett, ein Esszimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Siebträger, Thermomix und Spülmaschine) sowie ein Badezimmer (inkl. Badewanne und Waschmaschine) sowie ein Gäste-WC. Das große Schlafzimmer eignet sich zudem perfekt als Kinderzimmer (hier wohnt normalerweise unser 4-Jähriger). Ein Baby-Beistellbett kann bei Bedarf ebenfalls bereitgestellt werden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Paar, eine Familie oder 4 Erwachsene.

Hi, we’re Toni and Family and are subletting our beautiful and spacious (1150 SqFt = 107 sqm) 4 room-apartment for 3 weeks from 27. July til 17. August 2024. The apartment consists of one large livingroom, one large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm king size bed, one small bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm king size bed, a dining room, a fully furnished kitchen (incl. Espresso Machine, Thermomix & Dishwasher), a bathroom (incl. bathtub & washing machine) and a separate guest toilet. The large bedroom is also perfect for Kids as normally our 4 year old lives here. If necessary a baby bed can be provided as well. It’s perfect for a couple, a family or up to 4 adults.
Die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus in der zweiten Etage und hat Fenster zu einer kleinen Straße nach vorn raus sowie die Küche, Esszimmer und kleines Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Sie liegt mitten im Bergmannkiez in Berlin Kreuzberg. Fußläufig ist man super schnell am Landwehrkanal, Gleisdreieckpark, Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide sowie bei zahlreichen schönen Restaurant, Bars einem Kino oder dem Prinzenbad. Die U7 (Gneisenaustraße) ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt und innerhalb von 10 min erreicht man auch die U6/U7 (Mehringdamm) oder die U1/U6 (Hallesches Tor) sowie diverse Busse.

The apartment lies on the 2nd floor. It's located towards a quiet street in the really nice Bergmannkiez-neighborhood in Berlin Kreuzberg. In walking distance you’ll find the Landwehrkanal, the Gleisdreieckpark, Tempelhofer Feld & Hasenheide and lots of nice Restaurants, Bars and a Cinema. The U7 (Gneisenaustraße), U6/U7 (Mehringdamm) and U1/U6 (Hallesches Tor) are only a few minutes walk.
Normalerweise wohnt auch unser Kater in der Wohnung. Er wird in der Zeit nicht da sein und natürlich reinigen wir die Wohnung gründlich, allerdings ist sie für Allergiker vermutlich dennoch nicht die richtige Wahl. Selbstverständlich werden wir in den Schränken Platz für euch machen, da wir hier aber dauerhaft wohnen werden die meisten Regale und Schränke gefüllt sein.
Der Preis für den gesamten Zeitraum liegt bei 2.100 €. Der Mindestaufenthalt beträgt 1 Woche und liegt bei 900,- €. Der Preis für alles dazwischen ist verhandlungssache. Inklusive sind WLAN, Strom, Wasser, Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Die volle Miete muss im Voraus bezahlt werden. Außerdem erheben wir zur Sicherheit eine Kaution in Höhe von 1.000 €, die am Abreisetag beim Check-Out zurückerstattet wird.

Normally also our cat is living in the apartment. He won’t be around at the time and of course we’ll clean the apartment but still it might not be the right choice for somebody with allergies. We will make sure to provide some space for your belongings but as we are living in the apartment regularly most of the closets and shelfs will be filled.
The price for the whole period is € 2.100. The minimum stay is 1 week and is € 900,-. The price for everything in between is negotiable. It includes wireless internet, electricity, bed linen and towels.
The full rent has to get payed in advance. For safety reasons we will charge a deposit of € 1.000,- which gets returned at your check out.
