I'm looking for 1 to 2 people from the 8. October until the end of November my bright apartment in the green Lichtenberg inhabited.
Since I'm traveling at the time and just don't know when I'm coming back, the exact withdrawal date will be set as soon as I booked the return flight (see the last week of November).

In exceptional cases it would be possible to move in from the 1st October and live as a WG for a week.

The rental price is the monthly rent minus one week and relatively low as the cat-sitting is taken into account. (more on "Other"


🔸The apartment:🔸

🛌🏽 A furnished bedroom with a 140x200cm bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a shelf.
The room goes out to the quiet closed park-like backyard

🛋️ A spacious living room with cozy large sofa, desk, smart TV and music system.

🏖️ From there you come to the balcony with sun lounger. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

🍳The kitchen is fully equipped including dining area, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and other conventional electrical appliances. Of course, everything can be used.

🛀 The bathroom has a bathtub. A hairdryer is available.

Ich suche 1 bis 2 Personen die ab dem 8. Oktober bis Ende November meine helle Wohnung im grünen Lichtenberg bewohnen.
Da ich zu der Zeit auf Reisen bin und gerade noch nicht weiß wann ich zurück komme, wird das genaue Auszugsdatum noch festgelegt, sobald ich den Rückflug gebucht habe (fällt auf die letzte Novemberwoche).

Es wäre in Ausnahmefällen möglich schon ab dem 1.Oktober einzuziehen und für eine Woche als WG zu leben.

Der Mietpreis ist die jeweilige Monatsmiete abzüglich jeweils einer Woche und relativ gering da das Katzensitting mit berücksichtigt wird. (mehr dazu unter "Sonstiges"


🔸Die Wohnung:🔸

🛌🏽 Ein möbliertes Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200cm Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einer Kommode und einem Regal.
Das Zimmer geht zum ruhigen geschlossenen parkähnlichen Hinterhof raus

🛋️ Ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem großen Sofa, Schreibtisch, Smart-TV und Musikanlage.

🏖️ Von dort aus kommt man auf den Balkon mit Liegefläche in der Sonne. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon gestattet.

🍳Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Essplatz, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und Geschirrspülmaschine und sonstigen üblichen Elektrogeräten. Kann natürlich alles mit benutzt werden.

🛀 Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Ein Fön ist vorhanden.
