beautiful apartment free, for rent schöne Einzelwohnung frei, zur Zwischenmiete

in a beautiful corner of Neukölln, directly at the Körnerpark, my small apartment is free to rent for the whole of June (i.e., 1 - 30.6., if necessary with option for extension for July sept.)
There is a large living room, narrow bedroom, spacious kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small winter garden! The rent is 636,– Euro.

In the immediate vicinity there is everything you need; Supermarkets, snacks, all drugstores, discounters, a park ...
The furnishing in the apartment is sparse, but this is essential: a bed, a couch, dresser, table + chair as well as a refrigerator are already in it. Bring some posters or flowers to you! There is no internet connection.

in einer schönen Ecke von Neukölln, unmittelbar am Körnerpark, ist meine kleine Einzelwohnung frei, zur Zwischenmiete für den ganzen Juni (also, 1. - 30.6., ggf. mit Option auf Verlängerung für Juli-Sept.)
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, schmales Schlafzimmer, geräumige Küche, Bad mit Dusche und einen kleinen Wintergarten! Die Miete beträgt 636,– Euro.

In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eigentlich alles, was man braucht; Supermärkte, Imbiss, sämtliche Drogerien, Discounter, einen Park ...
Die Möblierung in der Wohnung ist spärlich, aber das wesentliche ist da: Ein Bett, eine Couch, Kommode, Tisch + Stuhl sowie ein Kühlschrank sind schon drin. Bring dir ein paar Poster oder Blumen mit! :-) Es gibt keinen Internetanschluss.

Also, wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich gern bei mir. Bitte keine Haustiere und nur eine Person, die einzieht.
Und: bitte schreib ein paar Zeilen zu dir, wer du bist, was gerade deine Lebenssituation ist und was dich in dieser Zeit in die Wohnung lockt. :)
