Die Wohnung hat ca. 51qm und besitzt ein ca. 15 qm großes und ein 17 qm großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr hell und verfügt aufgrund vieler Einbauschränke über viel Stauraum.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich ziehen beide Anfang Februar aus, aber da noch nicht sicher ist ob ich im September für ein Auslandsjahr weg ziehe wäre die Wohnung erstmal befristet bis ca. Ende August. Ich würde außerdem meinen Schrank, mein Bett, einen Badschrank den Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung lassen.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. zwei Minuten entfernt von der U Bahn Station Alt-Mariendorf und ist auch in der Nähe mehrerer Bus Stationen - man ist also gut angebunden und zum Beispiel schon in 10 Minuten am Mehringdamm oder mit dem Bus 277 in 15 Minuten in Neukölln. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Penny und in ca. 7 Minuten Entfernung auch einen Edeka und einen Aldi. Außerdem zwei Spätis, zwei Dönerläden und ein Sushirestaurant.

Stellt euch doch gerne kurz vor und wenn es passen sollte dann machen wir einen Besichtigungstermin aus! :)
