Ein Großes Wohnzimmer was mit einer einbauküche verbunden ist,
Ein relative Großes Bad, mit waschmaschiene, trockner und Badewanne

Die lage ist großartig!

5 min fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof
1,5 min U6 Naturkundemuseum
Alle Geschäfte, Cafes, Bars, Parks und Museen..
Torstrasse, Oranienburgerstr usv zu Fuß zu erreichen!
trotzdem ruhig im seitenflügel gelegen, aber mit blick auf Naturkundemuseum !
Ich wohne selbst seit 2 Monaten in der Wohnung, und es gibt hier und dort ein paar kleinigkeiten die noch nicht perfektioniert sind - aber absolut wohnbar!
Die mietzeit kann man evt auf 2,5 bis 3 monate verlängern, denn ich bin selbst in der Zeit in Kapstadt, und bin mehr oder weniger flexibel, aber dass erst nach absprache..
