Ich suche einen Untermieter/Zwischenmieter für 3 Monate (möglicherweise länger) für meine heiß-geliebte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin-Mitte. Sie liegt im 3. Stock eines Hinterhauses (Altbau). Die Wohnung wird zum 1.3. frei und sollte am Freitag, den 28.02. (spätestens 07.03.) übergeben werden.
Die Einrichtung ist komplett und kann genutzt werden.
Inkludiert ist:
-Internet, Strom, Wasser, Heizung
-Waschmaschine (nicht die neueste, wäscht aber)
-komplette Küche mit Essplatz für 4 Personen (Herd, Spüle, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Besteck)
-Badezimmer voll funktionsfähig mit Dusche und WC
-1 Zimmer mit Schlafbereich (Bettzeug, Bettwäsche vorhanden)

-1 Kommode und 1 eingebauter Kleiderschrank im Flur (mit ca. 2m Kleiderstange)

I am looking for someone who would like to rent out my fully furnished apartment for 3 months (maybe more) in Berlin-Mitte. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a typical Hinterhaus (old building). It is available from the March 1st and you would receive the keys on Friday, February 28th (7th of March the latest).
The apartment is fully furnished:
-Internet, power, water, heating
-washing machine (not super new but it works)
-kitchen with seating area for 4 people (stove, sink, microwave oven, fridge, water boiler, kitchen utensils like pans and pots, cutlery, plates etc.)
-bathroom with WC and shower
-1 bedroom with bed (cleaned bedding included)
-1 desk with chair
-1 dresser and 1 wardrobe in the hallway (witch about 2m of clothes rail)
-book shelf with lots of books and space for new ones (you are welcome to read what you like)

Ich liebe diesen Kiez. Direkt in Mitte, alles in Laufnähe.
Museumsinsel, Spree, Hackesche Höfe, Hauptbahnhof mit Bus in 10 Min zu erreichen.
Friedrichstr. 2 Haltestellen mit S-Bahn.
U6 Oranienburger Tor ist 10 Min entfernt, S-Bahn Nordbahnhof nur 6 Min. Mit ist sehr schnell überall in Berlin. U8 Rosenthaler Platz 10 Minuten entfernt.
Edeka, Rewe, DM, Netto in Laufnähe von 5-10 Min. Viele tolle Cafés, Parks und Restaurants.

I really love this neighborhood. If you feel like it you can just have a stroll around the Spree, Museumsinsel, Hackesche Höfe and Alexanderplatz.
Main train station is about 10 min with bus.
U6 and U8, S-Bahn are in walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes.
Friedrichstraße is just 2 stops away.
You get quickly everywhere.
There are shops like DM, Edeka, Rewe, Netto in walking distance (last three are open until 10 pm). There are also many parks and a swimming pool just 5 just minutes away. And of course tons of restaurants, pubs and cafés.
