My lovely and cosy maisonette in the center of Berlin is available for rent between 04.08 - 26.08.2018.
It is sunny, spacious, central located and on the 5th and 6th floor of an old Berliner house. it has living room and kitchen downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
Upstairs you can find the bedroom with a double bed, a rack and a set of draws for your clothes. Next to the bedroom, you can find the bathroom with a small bathtub and a washing machine.
Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove connected with the living room. There is a dining table that you can use also as a desk and a small library. Furthermore, there is french balcony with some plants.
The apartment is on the 5th and 6th floor at the back yard (Hinterhof) and as in any other old building in Berlin, there is no elevator.
The house is in Mitte, one of the most active neighborhoods, really central located in Berlin. The U-bahn, tram and bus station Rosenthaler Platz (U8) is only 2 minutes away.
Across my building there is a beautiful park, Weinbergspark that you can walk through everyday. Torstrasse with the designer´s ateliers and cool shops are only 1 minute away.
In 5 to 10 minutes walking distance you are in Hackescher Markt, in the famous Augustastrasse with the Art Galleries or at Rosa Luxemburg Platz. The famous Alexanderplatz is only 2 stations away or 20 min walk.
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs around. Supermarkets, bio markets and shops are really close as well.
The apartment is ideal to explore the city.
Two minutes walking distance you can find the station Rosenthaler Platz with U8, tram M1, M8, 12 and bus 142, N8 and N40.
You can reach my place from the airport by traveling until Alexanderplatz and then get the U8 metro for two stops.
If you arrive from the main train station Berlin Hauptbahnhof is only 10 min away with a taxi or 6 stops with the 142 bus.
