Apartment between Moritzplatz and Spittelmarkt for 3 weeks

Hi hi!
We,re leaving our apartment, but we still have 3 weeks zu sublet it, and we would like to find somebody for that time :)
The apartment is placed in a very calm area but still not far from the oranienstr. (10 min by walk) where you can find everything. It is as light, well connected (4 min by walk to U-Spittelmarkt, 10 to Moritzplatz, 5 to bus M29 etc..) . Supermarkets are less than 5 min by walk. It won´t be anymore so decorated as in the pictures, but it will have everything you actually need to live for that 3 weeks :)
It's very appropriate for a couple or a single person, but not that much as a shared apartment since the second room is the big living room+kitchen. It has a nice balcony where you are allowed to smoke (not in the inside at all, please! ;) )
Since the building is new, it has an elevator, so it's pretty comfortable for the lazy people :)
I would leave almost my whole furniture, so you don't have to care about bringing much with you (appart from you and your clothes ;-) )
The price is complete (warm+electricity+internet+furnished) 600 € for the 3 weeks. Please notice that the leving day is the 30th. Any other question can be answered while having a look on it ;-)

P.S.: this is not a party place since I have neighbors who love to sleep calm, so take this in consideration. If you plan wild parties in the apartment, please don't write!
