Ich verreise für 14 Tage und vermiete daher meine Wohnung am Rosenthaler Platz. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG, ist voll möbliert mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, einem renovierten Bad, sowie einem großen Balkon. Sie ist sehr zentral und zugleich ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen und eignet sich perfekt, um im neuen Jahr in Berlin anzukommen und dann eine unbefristete Wohnung zu suchen. Das Wohnzimmer ist vom Schlafzimmer getrennt wobei die Trennwand nicht ganz schließt, so dass es offen ist (ähnlich einem Loft). Der Zeitraum zur Untermiete kann auch etwas flexibel gestaltet werden.

I'm traveling for 14 days and rent out my flat near Rosenthaler Platz. The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need. On top of that, you have a spacious balcony on the west side so you have the sun in the afternoon and evening. Since the flat is in the backyard, it's very quiet. The flat is perfect as a start in Berlin e.g. if you move to Berlin for the first time and want to look for a proper flat. I'm a bit flexible when it comes to the length of stay at my flat, happy to discuss this in more detail with you.
Super zentrale aber sehr ruhige Lage, da die Wohnung im Hinterhof gelegen ist. Der Rosenthaler Platz und die Torstraße sind in 1min erreichbar wo auch die U8 und M12 fahren. Es gibt alles was Du brauchst in der Nähe - von Cafés, Restaurants, Spätis und Bars.
Super central but calm because the flat is in the backyard. It's 1min to Rosenthaler Platz and Torstraße where you have U8, M12. There is everything you need just in front of the door - cafés, restaurants, spätis, and bars.
Es handelt sich um einen befristeten Mietvertrag vom 13.01.-27.01.2024 inkl. allen Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Internet). Die gesamte Wohnung soll vom Untervermieter in diesem Zeitraum komplett und allein genutzt werden. Im Preis enthalten ist alles von Strom, Heizung und Internet. Du kannst auch sonst alles was in der Wohnung ist nutzen (Geschirr, Sonos Anlage, high-speed DSL, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch etc.).
It's a temporary contract from the 13th of January until the 27th of January 2024 incl. all costs (electricity, gas, internet). Everything is included in the rent - electricity, heating, and internet. You can use everything in the flat (dishes, Sonos speakers, high-speed DSL, standing desk, etc.).
