such nicht länger, denn du hast die perfekte Wohnung mit Balkon zur Zwischenmiete gefunden: mitten in Berlin am Puls der Zeit und super geschnitten. Das Schlafzimmer zeigt zum Innenhof, Küche und Wohnzimmer zur Straße. Von der Küche kannst du sogar den berühmten Fernsehturm sehen.
Der Arbeitsplatz ist perfekt für Home Office eingerichtet: großer Monitor, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch und ergonomischer Drehstuhl.
Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, eine Spülmaschine ist allerdings nicht dabei.
Die Miete enthält beinhaltet neben der vollmöblierten Wohnung, Internet, Strom, Heizung. Die Miete bezieht sich auf einen vollen Monat und wird anteilsmäßig berechnet (z.B. bei einem halben Monat, fällt auch nur die hälfte der Miete an).

look no longer, because you have found the perfect apartment with balcony for interim rent: in the middle of Berlin on the pulse of time and super cut. The bedroom faces the courtyard, the kitchen and living room face the street. From the kitchen you can even see the famous Fernsehturm.
The work place is perfect for work from home: huge screen, height-adjustable desk and ergonomic chair.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, a dishwasher is not included though.
The rent includes the fully furnished apartment, internet, electricity and heating. The rent refers to a full month and is calculated on a pro rata basis (e.g. if the month is half, only half of the rent is due).
Upon request, rental start later is possible.

Einkaufen kann man quer gegenüber in einem kleinen EDEKA. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt, nur 8 Minuten vom U-Bhf Rosenthaler-Platz bzw. S-Bhf Oranienburger Str entfernt.

The apartment is located in the beautiful gallery district of Mitte. The famous Hackescher Markt is only a few minutes walk away. There are many nice cafés and restaurants around the apartment. You can shop groceries across the street in a small EDEKA. The transportation is perfect, only 8 minutes away from the U-Bhf Rosenthaler-Platz or S-Bhf Oranienburger Str.
