This room is one of the two bedrooms in the apartment that you will be sharing with a wonderful flatmate. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and you also get plenty of sun and light throughout the day in the entire apartment.
You will have a huge living area, a fitted kitchen, and a breathtaking view of berlin from the huge balcony of the house.
You have two modern bathrooms in the house with a bathtub and a view of the berlin tv tower.
The house also has a fireplace, creating an amazing winter ambience.

The apartment is located at monbijouplatz, located in the centre of berlin. You aretwo minutes away from Hackescher Markt, MuseumIsland, bode museum and every other nice place possible. You step out, and you have public transportation right outside the house. There are many amazing restaurants and places to hang out.
There is also a volleyball, basketball court, football area and a pool right in from of the house.

Die Bilder werden dem Ort nicht gerecht, es ist eine der schönsten Wohnungen in Berlin.
Einzugstermin ist der 1. Oktober. Das Zimmer würde ein Bett und eine Lampe haben und der Rest der Wohnung wäre möbliert.
Bei der Dauer der Wohnung bin ich sehr flexibel. Im Moment suche ich einen Nachmieter für 3-6 Monate aber wenn du länger brauchst, kommt das auch in Frage.
Es ist keine Anmeldung möglich.
Ich benötige Ihre Schufa (request now) (jetzt beantragen) , 3 Monatsgehaltsnachweis und Schuldenbescheinigung ohne Mietrückstände und Ihren Personalausweis, bevor ich die Wohnung fertigstelle.

Move-in date is October 1st. The room would have a bed and a lamp and the rest of the apartment would be furnished.
I am very flexible in terms of the duration for the apartment. Right now I am looking for a tenant for 3-6 months but if you need it for longer, that can also be considered.
There is not registration possible.
I need your shufa, 3 months salary statement and debt certificate with no rent arrears and your ID card before I finish the apartment.
