Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung mit Balkon für zwei Monate unter. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert. Einzelpersonen oder Paare sind bevorzugt, aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Wir würden euch bei der Hausverwaltung anmelden. Dafür bräuchten wir eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft und eine Kopie des Personalausweises. Nebenkosten beinhalten Strom und Internet.

We are subletting our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony for 2 months. The apartment is partially furnished. Couples or a single person are preferred, but it's not a strict requirement. Internet is Electricity is includen in "Nebenkosten".

Unsere Wohnung liegt unweit vom Maybachufer entfernt. Der Bus M29 hält direkt an der Ecke, und zum U-Bahnhof Hermannplatz (U7/U8) braucht man ca. 9 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt: Cafés, Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants, zwei Kinos und natürlich das Maybachufer.
The area is fantastic. You have everything you need in walking distance: Coffee shops, bars, supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants, and of course the Maybachufer. The M29 is around the corner, and its a 9min walk to the Subway Staion Hermanplatz (U7/U8).
