wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne, helle Altbauwohnung vom 29. September bis ca 07. November unter (es ist auch nur der Monat Oktober möglich).
Die Wohnung liegt Mitten in Neukölln, nur 50 Meter vom Kanal entfernt und ist umgeben von schönen Cafes, Bars und so weiter.
Sie ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer (ca. 24q, mit Balkon), eine gemütliche Wohnküche und ein großes Wohnzimmer (Durchgangszimmer, ca. 34qm) mit Esstisch, Sofa und Fernseher; dazu ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC. Es gibt noch ein drittes Zimmer, welches wir abschließen und nicht mitvermieten werden.
Die Miete beträgt pro Monat 1100 Euro, warm incl. aller Nebenkosten, Festnetzflat und Internet. Zusätzliche Tage/Woche werden anteilig angerechnet.
Die Kaution beträgt 1000 Euro.
Die Einrichtung der Zimmer hat sich seit der Fotos verändert, einfach vorbeikommen und anschauen...

Hi,
we are renting our wonderful apartement from September 29th until November 7th (its also possible to rent just the full October).
The apartment is located in an old house in the middle of Neukölln, only 50 meters away from the kanal, surounded by many nice cafes, bars and so on.
It is fully furnished and equiped. There is one bedroom (about 24sqm, with a balcony), a comfortable kitchen and a big and spacy livingroom (about 34qm) with dining table, couch and tv; as well as a bathroom with a bath tub and a seperatet toilet. Besides, there is a third room which will be locked and not be includet in the rental.
The monthly payment will be 1100 Euros, including all additional charges, telephone and internet. Addutional days/weeks will be added.
The deposit is 1000 euros.
The furnitures have changes a bit since the photos were taken, just come by and have a look.
We are looking forward for answers.
