Apartment
There's two rooms that aren't separated by a door. Therefore the apartment is not suitable as a flat-sharing community. Furthermore there is a bathroom and a kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is very bright.
I'm moving in with my boyfriend and want to sublet first. The move-out date is flexible - but at least 4 months after moving in. There will be no furniture in the apartment any more - except the kitchen.
The one room, the kitchen and the bathroom point to the backyard. It is a quiet house, but it is situated on the Sonnenallee.
There is a bus station close-by and the bus is runing every 5 min ( to S-Bahn station Sonnenallee or Hermannplatz.) The S-Bahn Sonnenallee is 12 minutes walk away. The Landwehrkanal can be reached in 7 minutes on foot.
