Wir bekommen Nachwuchs und wünschen uns etwas mehr Platz. Wollen aber gerne im Kiez bleiben, zumindest in der Nähe. Graefkiez wäre auch sehr willkommen. Unsere Wohnung ist super geschnitten, schön hell und leise. Balkon und Badewanne. Wir sind vor drei Jahren eingezogen, nach Komplett Sanierung und jetzt sieht sie eigtl. noch genauso aus. Streichen oder renovieren wäre also nicht nötig.
Wir wünschen uns 2,5 bis 4 Zi., unbedingt hell und mit Balkon, gerne Dielen, Badewanne und Fenster im Bad.
Meldet euch gerne bei passendem Angebot (am besten mit Fotos), dann machen wir einen Besichtigungstermin aus. Der Vermieter will standardmäßig die üblichen Unterlagen (Gehaltsnachweise der letzten drei Monate, Schufa (request now) Auskunft, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung).
