Die Wohnung hat ca. 85 qm und liegt sehr hell und ruhig im 4. Stock Hinterhaus. Sie besteht aus 1 Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener offener Küche, 1 großem Schlafzimmer , 1 kleinerem Kinderzimmer, 1 Bad mit Badewanne und 2 kleinen Kammern. Wir haben 2 Balkone, einen Südbalkon vom Wohnzimmer aus und einen Nordbalkon vom Schlafzimmer. Wir vermieten die Wohnung voll ausgestattet mit sämtlichen Geräten wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine etc..
Ideale Zwischenmieter wäre eine kleine Familie, deren Kinder natürlich auch die Spielsachen im Kinderzimmer ausgiebig nutzen dürften.
Die Besonderheit dieser Wohnung: hier leben auch unserer 2 Katzen Flocke & Yoghi. Die beiden sind sehr schmusig, absolut stubenrein und kinderfreundlich. Besonders für sie wünschen wir uns liebevolle Zwischenmieter mit einem Herz für Katzen und dementsprechender Erfahrung, denn wir möchten sie nur in vertrauensvolle Hände übergeben. Selbstverständlich sorgen wir im Voraus für alles was sie brauchen, wie Futter etc.
Zur Lage: wir wohnen in der Leinestraße und sind somit nur 2 Gehminuten vom wunderbaren Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Gegenüber der Wohnung liegt außerdem der Anita-Berber-Park und zur U-Bahn Leinestr (U8) sowie der Hermanstraße mit sämtlichen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs sind es ebenfalls nur 2 Gehminuten.
Die Wohnung kostet 900 € warm pro Monat (inkl. Wasser/Heizung).

The apartment has about 85 square meter and is very light and calm in a 4th floor rear house. It has 1 living room, 1 bed room, 1 smaller kids room, 1 bath with tub and 2 small storage rooms. We have 2 balconies, 1 south looking from the living room, 1 north looking from the bedroom. We sublet the apartment full equipped with all needed devices like washing mashine, dryer, dish washer etc..
Ideal subtenants would be a small family whose kids could obviously use all toys of the kids room.
Special feature of our flat: here live our 2 cats Flocke 6 Yoghi, too. Both like being cuddled, are 100% house trained and very kids friendly. Especially for them we wish to find caring subtenants with a heart for cats as we only want to leave them in trustful hands. Of course we will care for all the cat's needs (like fodder etc.) beforehand.
Location: we live in Leinestraße which means we are only 2 minutes walking distance from the wunderful Tempelhofer Field. In front of the flat lies the Anita-Berber-Park and it's only 2 min wlaking to Metro Leinestraße (U8) as well as to Hermannstraße with all shops for your daily needs.
