Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Wohnung in Top-Lage für den Zeitraum von Mitte August bis Mitte/Ende Oktober.
Es handelt sich um eine grosse, tollgeschnittene Altbauwohnung, sehr hell und luftig, mit hohen Decken und zwei Balkonen. Wir belassen einen Teil unserer Möbel in der Wohnung: ein Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, 2 Bücherregale, Küche mit Herd, Esstisch und Arbeitsplatte.
Die Miete beträgt 1200€ im Monat. Zusätzlich bitten wir um eine Sicherheit in Höhe von 800€, die bei Auszug (wenn alles in Ordnung ist) selbstverständlich zurückgezahlt wird.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse im sogenannten Körnerkiez in Neukölln. U- und S-Bahn (U7, U8, Ringbahn) sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Körnerpark und das Tempelhofer Feld sind ganz in der Nähe. Auch sonst gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt: diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Discounter bis Bioladen, zahlreiche Cafes, Kneipen, Kinos und Spielplätze.

All accommodations and necessities of daily life (public transport, supermarkets, cafes, bars, cinemas...) nearby. Körnerpark and Tempelhofer Feld are also closeby. The apartment is partly furnished (bed, sofa, bookshelves, desk, kitchen with oven and table).
The monthly rent is 1200€ plus a safetydeposit of 800€.
