Apartment with garden in NK July to October

The 45 m2 flat is located in Neukölln just a few minutes away from subway stations for U8 and U7 as well as S-Bahn S41, S42, S45, S46, S47. It has a bedroom with a 140 loft bed (note that the photo is a bit old, so the bed looks different now), a spacious bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a terrace and access to a private backyard garden. Shops, Restaurants various parks and Tempelhofer Feld are all just a few minutes away by foot. The flat is very calm, because all windows face the backyard.
You could either move in on July 1st or on July 16th. The move-out date can also be negotiated and could be between September and November.
The monthly rent is 1100 € including fast internet, electricity, heating etc.
Anmeldung/Registration is not possible in the flat.
I wish, I wouldn't have to mention it, but experience from previous subletting experiences shows it's necessary: I expect you to treat my stuff and the flat in general with respect and care and to hand it back over to me as clean as when you moved in. I will leave some of my personal.belongings in the flat for the time that it's sublet, but I will store them away so that they are not in your way. We can talk about what stuff you'd like to use (such as kitchen utensils or bed sheets etc.) So I can put away the things you don't need.
