- open space kitchen with a big dining table and a sofa. space opens up to a nice balcony from where you can perfectly enjoy Berlin Neuköllns street live
- the kitchen is equipped with a dish washer, a washing machine and everything else to prepare a nice meal
- the bedroom is a sunny room, a 1.6 meters wide bed and another balcony
- the bath room is simple and nice, with a shower and a big mirror.
- smoking is only okay on the balcony
- parties in the flat are NOT possible

Downstairs you will just find just in a radius of 25 meters an amazing breakfast at CAFE DOTS, the super nice MOTIF winery, the famous BEUSTERS restaurants, Pizza Monella, the beautiful NATHANIA AND HEINRICHS BAR, and two convenience stores, that are open at night. There are 4 different supermarkets 100 meters. Sonnenallee offers very nice streetfood. The canal is just 150 meters away, and also very nice.
