Sublet leading to permanent contract:
I can choose the next tenant to sublet the apartment for 1 year (or more) . Afterwards it would be up to the landlord company to decide if they want to give the contract to you. If you like, we can already start the process of handing over the contract to you. But then the landlord company decides who gets the apartment. I can recommend up to 3 people
Cost of furniture and existing equipment (2000 euros) can be paid to me within 6 months
Viewing:
I can already organize a viewing on 27.09.2020 between 10:00 and 12:00
After that, I'll be leaving Germany next week with short notice. But I'll leave my keys with 2 of my friends/neighbors. I can arrange viewing through them. Virtual viewings are also possible.
I have been living here since January 2019. I inherited some scratches on the floor from a previous tenant which is recorded in the contract signing. So the next tenant won't be responsible for it either.
