SUBLET WITH ANMELDUNG - all inclusive top-floor apartment with a terrace in a quiet corner of Neukölln

We're temporarily leaving Berlin to study abroad and sublet our beloved haven in a quiet side street of Neukölln by the canal. It's a calm neighborhood, yet just a few minutes walk from the buzzing Weserstraße and plenty of restaurants and bars.

It's a spacious apartment with a big rooftop terrace. It's fully furnished with all the necessary utensils - perfect if you're just starting out in Berlin and don't want to buy many stuff. It consists of a specious bedroom with an office corner, bathroom both with bathtube and a shower cabin and an open living room / kitchen (with a sofa-bed), a reading corner and the terrace. We're the only top-floor apartment in our building, hence lots of privacy - no other neighbors on the same floor.

We'd be happy if you'd take care of our plants and books, if you don't mind. Otherwise we'll make sure to make plenty of space for you to feel at home.

To keep it simple we'd just continue with same internet provider etc. etc. - the price listed includes ALL the services (electricity, internet, radio & tv etc.).

Shall you be interested, please drop me a line with a few words about yourself (the place is ideal for a couple, not really suitable for flatmates). Would be great if you had all the paperwork usually required (Schufa (request now) , job contract, three last payrolls etc.). No animals or children accepted (sorry!).
