We would love to sublet our flat for the period 01.12.22 - 31.01.23 as we will be working remotely and not be using our apartment then. You can rent the flat for a shorter period as well. Feel free to write us for a shorter rental period directly.
The flat has 2 cosy bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright bathroom as well as a big room combining a dining space, the living room and a dedicated home office are with 2 work spaces and hight adjustable tables.
Both bedrooms have double beds and the couch in the living is great to sleep on. We can provide 5 bedding sets allowing 5 guests to comfortably stay at our place.
We would love to welcome you in our flat and will provide all essentials such as towels, kitchen basics, bed sheets etc.

The flat is located in Neukölln and has perfect access to the Berlin public service with the S/U Bahn station Neukölln right basically in front of the door.
With the "Ringbahn" (S41/S42) and U7 you get wherever you want to in Berlin in no time.
The area offers much to explore starting with parks (ie. Körnerpark, Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide), restaurants, bars and much more. We will happily share our favourite spots with you.
