da wir im November ein paar Wochen reisen wollen, vermieten wir unsere wunderbare Wohnung. Bezüglich der Daten sind wir +/- ein paar Tage flexibel und können das gerne mit dir/euch flexibel absprechen.
Unsere Wohnung ist erst seit letztem Jahr in Bezug und top modern. Sie verfügt über eine offene Küche mit Theke, einem schönen großen Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon, der zum ruhigen Hinterhof geht. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch nach hinten gelegen. Das Bad verfügt über eine große, bodentiefe Dusche und über eine Fußbodenheizung, was gerade in den Wintermonaten ein Traum ist :-)
Die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht rein, so dass es immer recht hell in der Wohnung ist. Für kältere Tage sorgt die Fußbodenheizung für schöne warme Füße und eine warme Wohnung.
In der Küche ist Geschirr etc. zum Kochen sowie Bettwäsche im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Bitte eigene Handtücher mitbringen.
WLAN ist natürlich inbegriffen. Zudem gibt es einen Waschraum, bei dem man mit Karte bezahlen kann (Waschen und Trocknen). In der Wohnung selber befindet sich keine Waschmaschine.
Bitte beachtet: Wir haben keinen TV. Es gibt aber einen Beamer mit Chromecast, so dass ihr eure Lieblingsserien oder Filme auf der Wohnzimmerwand im Heimkino anschauen könnt :-)

Since we want to travel a few weeks in November, we rent out our wonderful apartment. We are +/- a few days flexible with regard to dates and are happy to discuss this with you.
Our flat was only built last year and is super modern. It has an open kitchen with bar, a nice big living room with access to the balcony which leads to the quiet backyard. The bedroom is also located to the rear. The bathroom has a large, floor-deep shower and underfloor heating, which is a dream especially in the winter months :-)
The large windows let in a lot of light, so that it is always quite bright in the apartment. For colder days the underfloor heating provides nice warm feet and a warm apartment.
In the kitchen there is tableware etc. for cooking as well as bed linen in the bedroom. Please bring your own towels.
WiFi is included. There is also a laundry room where you can pay with your card (washing and drying). There is no washing machine in the apartment itself.
Please note: We do not have a TV. But there is a beamer with Chromecast, so you can watch your favourite series or movies on the living room wall in your home cinema :-)
Niederschöneweide liegt im Südosten Berlins. Mit der S9 seid ihr in 15 Minuten am Schönefeld Flughafen. In 10 Minuten in Neukölln. In 25 Minuten am Alex. In 15 Minuten am Treptower Park, Kreuzberg oder Friedrichshain. Es fahren auch Busse und Trams. Die Haltestelle ist 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Es gibt eine kleine Mall mit großem Kaufland, Rossmann, Media Markt sowie ein Edeka um die Ecke. Und natürlich Döner Döner Döner und weitere Restaurants :-)
Die Spree ist ganz in der Nähe und Wuhlheide - ein ziemlich cooler großer Park - nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Perfekt für die Flucht von der Großstadt in die Natur :-)

Niederschöneweide is located in the southeast of Berlin. The S9 will take you to Schönefeld Airport in 15 minutes. In 10 minutes to Neukölln. 25 minutes to Alex. In 15 minutes at Treptower Park, Kreuzberg or Friedrichshain. There are also buses and trams. The bus stop is 5 minutes away from the apartment.
There is a small mall with large Kaufland, Rossmann, Media Markt and an Edeka around the corner. And of course Döner Döner Döner and other restaurants :-)
The Spree is very close by and Wuhlheide - a rather cool big park - is only a few minute walk away. Perfect for the escape from the big city into nature :-)
Du kannst gerne alleine oder als Pärchen für die Zeit bei uns einziehen. Am liebsten ist uns natürlich, wenn jemand für die volle Zeit die Wohnung übernimmt. Wie gesagt, sind wir um ein paar Tage flexibel, was deinen Aufenthalt hier angeht und würden es abhängig von dir und den Flugpreisen machen - jedoch müssten wir spätestens am 30.11. wieder in die Wohnung - du könntest dafür aber evtl. auch schon Ende Oktober einziehen, das könnten wir dann individuell besprechen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der mit unserer schönen Wohnung wie mit seiner Eigenen respektvoll umgeht - aber das versteht sich ja von selbst.

You can move in alone or as a couple. Of course, we prefer it if someone takes over the apartment for the full time. As I said, we are flexible by a few days regarding your stay here and would make it dependent on you and the airfares - but we would have to move back into the apartment by 30.11. at the latest - but you could possibly move in at the end of October, we could then discuss this individually.
We are looking for someone who treats our beautiful apartment as respectfully as his own - but that goes without saying.
