Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Miete, mit Vertrag. Schöneweide

Hello everybody! I'm leaving Berlin immediately, and I'm looking for someone interested in taking over my flat from now on. I'll arrange the contract with the Hausverbaltung and take full responsibility for it.

The 62m2 house is located in Schöneweide, well connected by tram and S-Bahn, 20 min from Ostkreuz and 15 min by bike from Treptowerpark, opposite the Wuhlheide and 10 min from the river. It has two large rooms (approx. 20 sqm each), a spacious kitchen overlooking the garden, fully equipped with balcony and a bathroom.

The approximate price we are paying with all costs is 850 € per month (monthly rent, electricity, water, heating and internet).
If you are interested, you must have at your disposal:
1_ 1647,00 € as a deposit.
2_ 600 € worth of furniture and kitchen appliances (including kitchen with oven, washing machine and refrigerator with freezer) and one bedroom (bed, practically new mattress and clothes rail).
3_ Employment contract proving solvency to take responsibility for the flat, Schufa (request now) , last three payslips.

(*) My current flatmate, who is subletting until the end of August, intends to stay until that date. It would be optimal that the person or persons who enter the flat consider this option.
