Wir wohnen in einem unsanierten Altbau in der Pappelallee nähe Stargarder Straße. Die Wohnung ist ca 90 m² groß und wäre auch als WG geeignet. Der Preis versteht sich inklusive der bestehenden Ökostrom- und WLAN-Verträge sowie Warmwasser- und Heizkosten. Wir vermieten die Wohnung unmöbliert zunächst für ein Jahr - mit der Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
Es gibt einige tolle Nachbarn im Haus, mit denen man auch mal zusammen im Hof sitzen kann, allerdings aufgrund einer benachbarten Baustelle nicht jederzeit.
We live in an unrenovated flat on Pappelallee close to Stargarder Strasse. It's quite spacious with 90 m² and three rooms all off the main hallway. We rent the apartment unfurnished.
We have some great neighbours and also a small open space in the yard to sit in but which you can only use on weekends due to a construction site next door.
Genau vor der Tür liegen Cafés und Restaurants, in der Nähe gibt es mehrere Eisläden und Spielplätze. Diverse Supermärkte sowie Wochenmärkte sind in Laufnähe. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Ringbahn/U2 ist sehr gut, die M12 fährt direkt vor der Tür. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 20, zum Alexanderplatz und Mauerpark 15 Minuten Fahrzeit.
Cafés and great restaurants are right outside, as well as parks and several means of public transport.
Wir sind eine Familie, die aufgrund von Zuwachs eine größere Wohnung benötigt und daher für mindestens ein Jahr aus Berlin wegzieht. Für diese Zeit möchten wir unser Zuhause untervermieten.
Our family is growing and needs more space, so we're moving into a larger place and away from Berlin for at least a year.
