All-inclusive Beautiful Fully Furnished renovated 2-room Apartment in Pankow 60m2 with balcony long term and Anmeldung possible

I’m moving abroad for work reasons and I’m
Renting out my beautiful 60m2 apartment of 2 rooms in Pankow (13156). I’m leaving Berlin around the 1st of June (May be a week later too, is not yet confirmed). I’m willing to rent the flat first for one year and if everything goes well with a prolongation of 3 years or maybe even more. We can discuss it when we meet:)
Living room, bedroom, separated bathroom, kitchen, balcony and even a cellar of 20m2 is at your disposition.

The flat was fully renovated in 2019, there is a fancy wooden floor (real wood) and a new kitchen. The flat is fully furnished with everything you may need. High speed internet and Extended TV package (although I don’t have a tv anymore unfortunately, but feel free to bring your own one).
Living room with a new sofa (bought a month ago) , cupboard, bookshelf and a coffee table.
The room is facing the backyard with its balcony and it’s really quiet and sunny most of the day.

Bedroom with a double bed (150x220cm), freestanding clothing wardrobe/garment and a cute dressing table :) (I can get you a additional clothing rack to hang clothes if you wish).
There are bamboo blinds in the room so it’s perfect to sleep tight :) New towels, 2 bedding sets - bed clothes & bed linen are also available.

Kitchen is also fully equipped with a induction stove, electric oven and a brand new fridge.
There is a table with two chairs, all necessary kitchen utensils (a electric kettle, french press & coffee maker, rice cooker, sushi set ;) , electric coffee grinder, toaster, 3 frying pans, a set of professional pots from Zwilling, glasses, cups, plates - also some fancy ceramic ones:), bowls, cutting boards, knives, cutlery and many others).

Bathroom with a bathtub ,window, washing machine bought 3 months ago and a cupboard with a mirror.
Also a brand new drying rack from Leifheit,
an iron and a vacuum cleaner.

I’m basically leaving everything in here and you can use everything without having to worry that sth might get broken or anything because I understand that THINGS break so I won’t surely charge you for any of normal usage damages (if my fav plate breaks or anything I won’t go crazy don’t worry..). I’d give you any freedom you want hoping you’d treat my flat as if it was yours.

So maybe we follow to some rules that are important to me, it is a very quiet neighborhood with mostly old, all-time long life neighbors living in this building so it’s not a party WG for sure :)
Also I’m a very cleanliness obsessed person so I’d love to rent my apartment to someone who likes it clean as much as I do. Also smoking in the flat is not allowed , feel free to smoke at the balcony anytime you want :) I’d have nothing against a small pet either (especially if it’s a cat:))

The apartment is situated a bit far away in Pankow (it’s the last station of M1 and a border with Niederschönhausen).
You reach S/U Pankow in 15mins with m1 and from there you have U2 (15mins to Alex), S1, S2, S8,S85. Overall it’s far but thanks to m1 you have a transport right to the door 24/7.

There is a späti around the corner, 5mins walking from the apartment you have Lidl, Aldi and a Pharmacy . 4 stations with M1 you reach Rewe, Penny and Denns.

Please if you are interested , write me a short or a bit longer msg about who you are and what you do and why you’d like to rent my apartment:) singles or couples are preferred but it’s not a must. To sign the contract I will need your passport/ID, an employment contract and possibly the Schufa (request now) Auskunft.
If everything goes right with us in the first months we can also talk about the Anmeldung .
