Mitten drin im Kollwitzkiez, trotzdem ab vom Trubel da Seitenflügel. Den ganzen Tag hell, nachmittags von ca. 14:30 bis 19 Uhr super Sonne auf dem Balkon. Einbauküche (ohne Kühlschrank, Platz für Geschirrspüler vorhanden), Badewanne (Platz für Waschmaschine vorhanden), Parkett, super Aufteilung! Alles was das Herz begehrt. Grds. auch WG geeignet, da in etwa gleich große Zimmer, allerdings Türen mit Klarglaseinsätzen.
Mehr Prenzlauer Berg geht nicht, mittendrin, trotzdem wirklich ruhig. Alle Cafes, Markt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Fussdistanz. Tram in 2 Minuten, U-Bahn und S-Bahn mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten. Schulen, Kitas usw. natürlich auch alles vorhanden.
Suche Nachmieter zum 15.9., der mir die Schönheitsreparaturen (Streichen) abnimmt. Begrünter Innenhof mit Sandkasten, Fahrradständern usw. nette Mieterschaft, unkomplizierte Hausverwaltung. Habe mich 8,5 Jahre sehr wohl gefühlt.
Hausverwaltung benötigt die üblichen Unterlagen. Grundriss anbei, qm Zahl aber laut Mietvertrag 61,42.
