Wir vermieten unserer Wohnung direkt am Volkspark Friedrichshain. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer: Ein Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof, ist 15qm groß und möbliert mit einem 1,40m-Bett plus 2,20x2m-Bettzeug. Es gibt noch ein Zimmer (25qm) zur Straße mit Balkon, 1,40m-Bett plus 2,20x2m-Bettzeug, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch sowie ein Wohnzimmer (30qm) mit Fischgrätenparkett, Esstisch, Sofa und Kommode. Das Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet und die Küche mit Frühstückstisch, Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Kühl-Gefrierschrank und allem Kochgeschirr; außerdem gibt es einen Flur mit vielen Büchern.

We rent our flat next to the Volkspark Friedrichshain. There are two bedrooms: One room is facing the backyard, it is about 15 sq m and furnished with a bed (1,40m) plus bedding (2,20mx2,0m). Besides that room, there is a room (25 sq m) with balcony to the street and furnished with a bed (1,40m) plus bedding (2,20mx2,0m), a wardrobe and a table and chair as well as a living room (30 sq m) with herring bone flooring, a dining table, a sofa and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen holds a breakfast table, a dishwasher, a gas stove, a fridge-freezer and cookware of all kinds. Furthermore, you'll find a corridor with many books.
Die Lage ist ruhig, im Bötzow-Viertel und mit ÖPNV (M4, M10, Bus 200 und 142) erreichbar, parken nur mit Bewohnerparkausweis (kann man problemlos beantragen).
2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt liegt der Park, samstags ist Markt. Kino, Supermärkte, viele Cafes und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke, so dass man schnell dort ist, aber keinen Lärm vor der Tür hat.

The location is quiet within the territory of the Bötzow neighbourhood and easy-to-reach by public transport (M4, M10, Bus 200 and 142). For parking, you need a resident's parking permit (easy to request).
Within 2 minutes, you reach the park and on Saturdays you can join the weekly market which is situated quite near. Right around the corner, you'll find a cinema, several supermarkets, many cafés and restaurants, so you're able to be there very quick without being molested by noise in front of the flat.
Du kannst alles in der Wohnung benutzen, solange es nicht zu Bruch geht.
