Sie eignet sich super für Paare und hat außerdem eine Gästematratze für zwei Personen.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir gerne eine Mail mit ein paar Infos zu euch und damit wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren können. Dieser wird in der Woche vom 8. August stattfinden, da ich davor auf reisen bin.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass ich die Kaution bis zu eurem vorübergehenden Einzug erhalte, damit ich die Wohnung beruhigt für den Monat abgeben kann :)
I`ll rent out my apartment for four weeks, if you are interested please send me a mail with some info about you. I am back in Berlin on the 8th of August. If you are interested, we can finde a date in that week for you to check out the flat. It is perfect for couples and has an extra mattress. It`s important to me to receive the deposit before you move in, so that I can leave the apartment to you relaxed :)
