Flat available for only one person from 1st May until 15th June

Hi!

I will be away for some months and I'm looking for someone to take care of my flat while I'm gone. It's not a long-term rent. I will come back to Berlin.
No couples, rugby teams, gospel choirs, mafia clans, families, etc., sorry.

It's not allowed to smoke inside the flat but there is a nice garden in the backyard which you're free to use.
Only be aware that the flat is on the 4th floor without an elevator.

The rent per month is 800 Euro, 1200 Euro for the whole period (payments for internet, gas, electricity, and the subletting fees I have to pay to my landlord included). 800 Euro as a security deposit.

There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bigger living room with a sofa and a writing table.
The kitchen is small but equipped with all the necessary stuff and a dishwasher, the bathroom was renovated recently.
You can use the wifi as long as you respect the strict German piracy laws( two lawsuits are enough) and the washing machine in the bathroom.

The flat is in Prenzlauer Berg between U Eberswalder Straße and Senefelder Platz. With the tube, it takes 5 minutes to Alexanderplatz.
