Hello there!
We’re subletting our Altbau apartment in Prenzlauer Berg from Saturday 19 March to Sunday 1 May (we can be reasonably flexible when it comes to dates). No anmeldung possible.
The apartment is a large 2 bedroom apartment of 109 sqm. Located on the top (4th) floor with balcony and wonderful views of Berlin's TV tower!
The house is located on a quiet tree-lined side street around the corner from Winstrasse, in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment has a very large and modern kitchen, two large bedrooms (one of which has a stand-up desk & screen for work), 1 bathroom with bath and separate shower, and a large living room with 55 "TV. See pictures.
We have permission to sublet from the landlord. The rent is 1,600 € per month (i.e. 400€ per week, which is significantly lower than what we pay the landlord).
