Bright 2 room Altbau flat with high ceilings and a balcony centrally located on the famous Kollwitzstraße. The flat is bright, cosy and filled with everything you need for a short term stay. The flat is extremely quiet, and perfect for someone who likes a peaceful place to stay. I will be away during October so I’m looking for someone who is planning to come to Berlin during that time. The garden and building are extremely well maintained, which is reflective in the price. Rising utility bill costs have also been considered.

Surrounded by the cities best restaurants and brunch spots, you are also located parallel to the Wasserturm park. A 5 minute walk from Senefelderplatz U2 or Knackstr. M2, this flat is perfect if you want to reach different areas of the city. There are several supermarkets surrounding and also the really weekly food market directly on our street each Saturday.
