Die Wohnung ist mit verbundenen Sonos Lautsprechern ausgestattet; das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Flachbildschirm. Die Küche ist mit Induktion, Backofen mit Dampffunktion, Hochleistungsmixer und Jura Kaffeautomat ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage und ist über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.
Prenzlauer Berg ist einer der beliebtesten Bezirke in Berlin mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und kleinen Geschäften. Supermärkte und die S-Bahn-Station (Bornholmer Straße) sind wenige hundert Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 2.000 € für den Zeitraum. Hinzukommen 540 € Nebenkosten und 1.500€ als Kaution, die ich mehr als gerne zurückzahle.
Inbegriffen in den Kosten ist eine Putzhilfe, die in der Woche vom 8. März kommt.

I'm are subletting my beautiful apartment / loft in the centre of Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) from 1st of March to the 22nd of March while I'm on holidays. The apartment comes fully furnished. The bedroom comes with a walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a Jura coffee machine, a Vitamix and an oven with steam function and an adjacent roof top terrace. The whole apartment is equipped with connected Sonos speakers.
Prenzlauer Berg is a very popular district in Berlin with lots of restaurants, bars, little shops everywhere. Supermarkets and the S-Bahn station (Bornholmer Straße) are all super close to our apartment.
The rent is 2.000 € for the 3 weeks. In addition comes 540 extra costs (heating, electricity, internet etc.) and 1.500€ as a deposit, which I will be more than happy to give back to you
A cleaner who will come on the 8th of March to clean the apartment is included in the costs.
