Altbauwohnung zur Zwischenmiete von ca. Anfang Januar (der genaue Tag steht noch nicht fest) bis Ende März zu vermieten. Die Wohnung hat eine große und einfach ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein kleines aber recht neues Bad und einen großen Wohnraum mit Bett, Sofa & Kleiderstange.
Gelegen ist die Wohnung direkt an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Kleistpark (U7), von wo aus auch viele Busse fahren. Die S1 ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Lidl erreicht man zu Fuß in 3 und Rewe, DM & Co. in 10 Minuten. Auch der Akazienkiez und der Gleisdreieckpark sind nicht weit. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist somit relativ ruhig. Die Autos von der Hauptstraße hört man allerdings etwas. Die Nachbar*innen sind hingegen sehr ruhig und die Atmosphäre im Haus entspannt.
