Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung vom 13. März bis 9. April 2024 unter, da wir verreisen wollen.
Die schöne Altbauwohnung (mit über 4m hohen Decken) hat ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schreibtisch, ein geräumiges Esszimmer mit Balkon, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein grosses Badezimmer und ein kleines WC.
Sie liegt mitten in Schöneberg. Die U-Bahn-Linien 2/3/3 (Nollendorfplatz) und 7 (Eisenacher Strasse) sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In dem Viertel gibt es viele schöne Restaurants & Bars, und samstags auf dem Winterfeldtplatz den besten Wochenmarkt Berlins.
Da wir unsere Wohnung und das sorgfältig ausgewählte Interieur sehr lieben (und unsere Nachbarn auch), wollen wir keine grösseren Gruppen und/oder Parties. Sie ist perfekt für Singles und Paare geeignet.

We sublet our apartment from 13.3. to 9.4.2024.
The apartment has a beautiful sleeping room with double bed and a desk, a cosy living room, a dining room with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, one big and one small bathroom. We live in this place, but are on vacation.
Our extraordinary Berlin Altbau apartment is situated in the authentic neighbourhood of Schöneberg. The Subway lines 2/3/4 and 7 heading in all directions are close by in walking distance. The area offers many culinary highlights including one of Berlins nicest weekly markets.
As we love our apartment and it's carefully selected interior (as well as our lovely neighbours), we don't want any parties or groups. It is perfect for singles or for a couple.
We are a bit flexible concerning the date.
The price includes all costs, internet, electricity etc.
