Ich suche ab September/Oktober einen Nachmieter für meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Spandau, nähe Altstadt.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren saniert.
Es befindet sich ein moderner Fliesenboden in Holzoptik in der kompletten Wohnung, allerdings ist sie dadurch im Winter etwas fußkalt.
Das Bad hat eine Spar-Wanne und ein Fenster - es macht einen hochwertigen und sehr modernen Eindruck.
Es erwartet Euch eine Einbauküche, welche etwas höher als der Standard eingebaut wurde. (Kühlschrank nicht enthalten)
Es gibt eine Staffelmiete, welche jedes Jahr (für gesamt 5 Jahre) mit 20 € (auf Kaltmiete) erhöht wird.
(495 € sind KALTmiete an Nebenkosten kommen etwa 150 € dazu - aber das kommt auf jeden auch selbst an)
Eine saubere Schufa (request now) und ein Gehaltsnachweis, welcher die Kaltmiete 3-fach abdeckt, sind Voraussetzung.
