64 qm Whg, 2 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit seinem eigenen Balkon, bequeme Küche mit Platz für einen Tisch, neues Bad mit 3-eckiger Badewanne. Die WG ist sehr hell d.h. man hat Licht am Vormittag und Nachmittag (Süd-West gerichtet) und wurde im April 2014 völlig renoviert d.h. alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Geeignet sowohl für Einzeleinmieter/in wie auch für Paar/Familie oder WG.
Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und die Küche können gerne gegen eine kleine Summe übernommen werden. Ich lasse auch gerne Tisch, Stühle und andere kleine Möbel in der Whg umsonst (nach Wünsch). WLAN/Telefon-Vertrag kann auch übernommen werden.

The flat is very bright, i.e., there is light in the morning and in the afternoon (south-west orientation) and has been fully refurbished in April 2014.
Suitable for single tenant as well as for couple/family or for a flat share.
Washing machine, fridge and the kitchen furniture can be taken over for little money. I would also leave you a table with chairs and other little things for free. The internet/telephone contract can be also taken over.
Die Gegend ist schön grün und ruhig. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man Rathaus Steglitz wo man sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat und wo man sehr gut mit dem Zentrum verbunden ist (S1 durch die Stadt und U9 durch Zoo bis nach Norden). Um die Ecke gibt es auch vier Buslinien für faule Menschen, die nach einer Station in Rathaus Steglitz ankommen.
English: The area is nicely green and quiet. In a few minutes one can reach Rathaus Steglitz, with plenty of shops, supermarkets and services. Rathaus Steglitz is very well-connected with the city centre (line S1 through the city and tube U9 through Zoo up to the north). Round the corner from the flat there are 4 bus lines that take you to Rathaus Steglitz in one stop.
Ich verlasse Berlin und suche eine/n Nachmieter für meine wunserschöne Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist die Gessellschaft CAM, und die verlangt ein Mindestgehalt von 1800 Euro, und eine Kaution von 1500 Euro. Der Vertrag würde ab dem 1.1.2015 laufen. Einzug ist aber schon ab dem 20.12. 2014 möglich.
English: I am about to leave Berlin and am looking for someone to take over my flat. The landlord is the company CAM, which requires a minimum salary of 1800€ after taxes. The tenancy agreement would start on January 1st, 2015. However, it is possible to move in already on December 20th, 2014.
