Bright, spacious flat on 5th floor with an elevator. The apartment has a big living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a dishwasher. From the sleeping room you can entry the bathroom. The bath is with tub and washing machine. There is also a guest WC available. The apartment is fully furnished, WiFi is included and the house has nice neighbours.

Die helle, geräumige Wohnung ist im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug) gelegen. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Vom Schlafzimmer führt das Badezimmer ab. Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine, W-Lan ist im Preis enthalten und ein Gäste WC ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Die offene Einbauküche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien und einer Geschirrspülmaschine.

1 Minutes walk to U-Bahn Station Turmstraße, Supermarket 20 metres away, Cafe´s, restaurants are in the Kiez. Just 2 Min walk to the Spree. The bus station to Tegel Airport is near the appartment and takes only 15 minutes to the airport.
Direkt vor dem Haus findet man einen Supermarkt, Shops, Cafés und Bars. Zur U Bahnhaltestelle Turmstraße läuft man 1Min. Zur Spree läuft man 2Min. Zur Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen Tegel läuft man nur 1Min. Mit dem TXL Bus braucht man 15Min zum Flughafen. Zum HBF braucht man mit dem Bus nur 10Min. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist nett und ruhig.

Please only Non-Smokers. Good for couples or singles. No WG. The price is all inclusive, WiFi etc.
Die Wohnung wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet. Sie eignet sich gut für ein Paar oder Alleinwohnende. Leider ist sie nicht WG-geeignet. Die Wohnung kann sehr gerne besichtigt werden. Ich freue mich auf nette, unkomplizierte Untermieter.
